Fusion Five Art Foundry has a 3D printing service that provides FDM and DLP printing for miniatures, sculptures, jewelry, and custom orders. We offer 3D scanning services, where we can scan an art piece and print it out in a larger or smaller size, without the need to remake the piece or start from scratch. We also provide assistance with CAD for those who may not have the know-how.
Here we offers FDM prints in two types of plastics, PLA and SBS. PLA is a harder plastic, ideal for taking more strain, while SBS has more flex and can be a lot softer then the hard PLA. We also use Creality and Phrozen resins for our DLP printing, as well as castable resin, like Bluecast X One.
For 3D scanning, we tend to focus on scans that are 30cm and larger, with small scans to be available soon. Rhino 3D is the primary software used for designing and processing. Whether you need a miniature, sculpture, or custom order, Fusion Five can assist with your artistic manufacturing needs.
